Contact and sponsor forms collect the details you provide so your request can be answered. The community garden uses your name, email address, and optional location details to verify and display a contribution.
Site analytics
When you browse public pages, the site records pages viewed, referrer, browser and device details, and a keyed, pseudonymous IP identifier to group visits. Sessions are grouped across a ten-minute inactivity window. Analytics are used for traffic reporting, not advertising. Admin pages are excluded from page-view tracking.
Use and retention
Submitted information is used to provide the requested feature, prevent duplicate submissions, and respond to messages. Raw analytics page-view and visitor-session records are automatically removed after 90 days. Other records are retained while needed to operate the requested features. Contact the site owner to request access, correction, or deletion.
Service providers and security
Hosting, database, and email providers may process information to operate the site. The site does not sell personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security; avoid sending sensitive information through public forms.
